How fair is life? February 3, 2014 by leoln2010. Yesterday was a sad, very sad day for me and it has nothing to do with a football game. Yesterday I lost a dear friend, Merrie Pierce Sprague. Four days after her 58th birthday. Merrie has been in declining health for years and had been in and out of the hospital. How do I say my next comments without sounding like a bitch! Merrie was a beautiful girl that was also quite over weight. I think she liked being in a group.
