Quinoa is an excellent source of protein as well as black beans. SO, these two together are protein packed and also great as a side for breakfast. They are so quick and pretty tasty. 2 cans of black beans. 1 tablespoon of crushed garlic.

February 24, 2011 by amanda. when we were younger, my mom would make this from leftover ham. after years of my sister, brother and i refusing to eat the pepper, my mom decided that she could simply slice the peppers, throw it all in a roaster and have a hotdish. stuffed pepper hotdish was born! My family of 5 doubles this recipe.
Wednesday, November 14, 2012. Spread a moderate layer of pumpkin puree on top. Sprinkle some feta cheese on top and a little fresh-ground pepper. Pop in a toaster oven or under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese starts melting and the pumpkin is warmed.
