In September 2011 many people on the east coast experienced Hurricane Irene while the people in Texas had a serious drought! The northeast had a huge snow storm before Halloween! Unfortunately in 2012 the northeast experienced the very nasty Hurricane Sandy.
This blog is about animals I think are kind of weird or funny. Wednesday, December 24, 2008. The Malayan Tapir is the largest of the four species of tapir and the only tapir native to Asia. The females are larger than the males and can weigh up to 1,100 lbs. Also, their noses are funny. Look at this baby! Tapirs communicate through high-pitched squeals and whistles. Haha!
