Bays of Chocolate Isle of Harris. Handmade Chocolates and Truffles made in my home in the small Hebridean village of Finsbay on the east coast of the Isle of Harris. All my chocolates and truffles are made carefully by hand using Belgian Chocolate and only the finest ingredients, to reflect on the rich natural environment of the Hebrides. Hand rolling my Truffles gives each one a quirky shape and size depicting the care and attention that went into creating them.
