Welcome to West County Reads! Seeks to rally community resources necessary to help our kids learn to read and therefore get off to a successful start in school. Currently, fewer than 30 percent of West County third graders can read at grade level. In some very low income neighborhoods, fewer than 10 percent are fully literate.
