Right to Transfer Regulations S34A Housing Act 1985." They also stated " Save Earls Court! Residents serve Right to Transfer Notice on the Council. On 11 August, 30 residents and supporters of West Kensington and Gibbs Green estates went to the Town Hall to serve a legal notice on Hammersmith and Fulham Council proposing the transfer of their homes to a community owned landlord. We operate a smart fleet of red and cream buses and coaches serving local schools, colleges and many other organisations, providing safe and economical transport over a wide area of Kent and Outer London.
