The past is dust and the future is bright the sun is shining but why does it feel like night, there is no looking back cause ive come to far, I still look up aiming for the stars. If the sun comes crashing down ill be happy I lived the way I did, I cant say I was ever pure, although I never felt comfortable with security some how I always knew you where beside me. But now im still alive I have the breath of fire inside, to share and to light each head like candle in the night.
But all this time off has forced me to think about my injuries- they always stem from overtraining. I get hurt a result of overtraining, I come back, I get too excited and up my mileage too quickly and SURPRISE SURPRISE I GET HURT AGAIN BECAUSE I OVERTRAINED.
