Sunday, January 25, 2015. The Living Room and Dining Room. The living room and dining room were two of my favorite rooms in the house. They had original wood floors and gorgeous trim. They just needed a TON of cosmetic changes. Besides the dirt and dust that you can see in the picture, the rooms smelled like thousands of cats lived in them. This paint color is my new favorite greige.
Saturday, December 29, 2012. Thanks to Pinterest and my Stay-Put Kitchen Towel Tutorial. This neglected blog seems to have lived on with little care and feeding. The internet is a funny beast! I was looking though some old pictures and found a few projects I never posted. The pictures are far from perfect, but here goes! Last Christmas I gave my sister-in-law a Colorbrick Quilt. Posting this, it will have to wait for another time.

The site had the following in the homepage, "EPIC FAIL that will secure me the Worst Mother of the Year Award 2011." I noticed that the web site stated " You know its going to be a rough week when you get a call from school at 9AM on a Monday morning." They also stated " I am pretty sure the entire teacher staff is now weary of having the Leader children in their classes in the coming years.
