I think that this graffiti is provocative, because is not normal that a teenager throws flowers. Normally they throws stones or another violence things. It wants to shock you because it replaces stones with flowers. The two contrasting concepts are the violent teenager and the flowers in his hand. The message is that the teenagers are so violent, more than another years. And its better throw peace to stop old the violence in the world.
