Thursday, September 15, 2011. Artichoke Chicken and Roasted Potatoes. Tonight I made my first whole dinner at home. Brandon has done the cooking at night and I usually do breakfast, but this time it was my turn! I made Artichoke Chicken and Roasted Potatoes! It tasted a lot better than the picture looks.
