Since I completed T25, I started to switch up my workout. I have TurboFire, P90X and T25 on rotation as well as I go to the gym 3 times a week. I love working out at home, but there is nothing like lifting at the gym! I am at 143 currently! New year, new me. Down 9lbs and gaining muscle. I was blown away how good I felt about myself! What a rough month. Cookies, candy, gingerbread houses, GRAVY! Still kept eating clean with 1 cheat meal a week. Eating a snack every 3 hours and smaller portions.
I am a visionaire, traveler and serial entrepreneur. I enjoy setting goals, developing a plan to achieve them, and constantly reviewing the plan and the results.
