Friday, April 16, 2010. Thinking back, the decision to step out of my comfort zone and bid for this module was because of the desire to equip myself with practical skills; such as resume-writing and how to be a better communicator, which are definitely of use in the future. Overall, I am grateful for being able to learn together with the other fellow classmates and I would like to thank Ms Happy Goh for guiding us through this mo.

There are people who, instead of listening to what is being said to them, are already listening to what they are going to say themselves. Thursday, April 15, 2010. More importantly, the feedback from my tutor- Ms. Goh is very constructive and encouraging. With her kinds words and honest opinions, I am able to work on my weaknesses and move a step closer to becoming an all-rounder in not just communicating with others but also becoming a confident presenter.

The basic building block of good communications is the feeling that every human being is unique and of value. Friday, 16 April 2010. Writing this final reflection, I am once again reminded of how time really flies! This course is truly one of its kinds, in terms of the nature and of course, quantity of the workload.
