The site had the following in the homepage, "Thoughts from a self proclaimed addict." I noticed that the web site stated " Forcing myself to rest today." They also stated " A twinge-y lower back makes the transition from upward facing dog to down dog very ouch-y, not to mention having to wince every time I bend over. What started as a very tight muscle in my side over the weekend has now traveled down to my low backhip region. Major bummer! Man, it sucks getting old, doesnt it? How has your Monday been?
