Saturday, June 20, 2015. A trip to the smallest independent state in the world. Following the tour, I was free to explore the museums on my own. I spent much of my time in the Roman and Etruscan galleries, but also enjoyed the tapestries and seeing the works of Raphael. I was then shuffled into the Sistine Chapel along with, what felt like, every other tourist in Rome. What an amazing sight! I look forward to sharing my adventures with all of my students and the whole Trinity community.
