This has been one of my favourite modules from the whole time I have been here. 1 We were given the opportunity to be truly independent learners. We had to choose our own topics, arguments and sources to back these up. This is something I feel is missing from many curriculums, both at secondary and tertiary education levels. While some people will benefit more from a structured approach than others, too much structure be restricting and discouraging.

Reflective blog time already! This module has really opened my eyes to the benefits, but more importantly, the issues that the UK has within its education system, of which there are LOTS. And for those of you who have read some of my previous blogs, you may have noticed how regularly I refer back to the example of Finland for good education.

Hence, there may be more of a need to focus on the validity of research used to support implementations. Overall, I am glad that this module gave me the opportunity to observe more theories and opinions. I feel that knowing the cont.

What have I learned? 8211; Reflective blog0. Did we arrive at our destination? Well, if it is defined as the end of the year finishing the module, perhaps. Monet muutkin asiat ovat nielleet aikaa niin, että blogistania on etääntynyt kauemmas.
