Op zaterdag 26 Augustus ging ik met een vriendin richting Overloon, naar Quilt it Dotty. Voor een lezing van Dawn Ronningen. Ik was de cursus die ik op het moment geef aan het voorbereiden, dus dat was een mooie aanvulling. Nu moet ik eerlijk zeggen dat ik nooit zo veel had met hexagon quilt maar wel met antieke quilts, maar ben inmiddels helemaal om. Deze zomer heb ik gewerkt aan een hexagon quilt, naar een voorbeeld van een antieke quilt.
