Why do we put so much emphasis on material things? Are they valuable, or do we put value on them? I really do not have anything I need, but I want certain things. Things that I believe I could really use or that could benefit me. I am guilty of not realizing what I have while we have it. I am learning to appreciate everything more because I am realizing how quickly I could loose those things.

Last year she lost her husband to brain cancer, and she is just as strong as she has ever been. She is the most loving, caring woman in the world, and she treats all children as though they were her own. My grandma inspires me to be strong for my family, and to not sweat the small things.
