When looking the blogs of people in my class, their view on things makes me think of the future and how my future collegues and I will refkect and use each others information anf learn from each other. I enjoy seeing there take on the assignments that we do throughout class. This weeks assignment was very interesting. I had no idea how to make a game with powerpoint before this class. I think that it is a very helpful and useful skill that I will use throughout my career. Use Chapter 5 and google for ideas. I believe that powerpoint is an important part in a classroom in teaching students of any age.
I also learned how to create action buttons. I created a Chemistry Jeopardy PowerPoint Game and I really enjoyed making it. I would definitely create a Jeopardy PowerPoint Game to review a subject and help my students prepare for a test. I found it interesting that a lot of my classmates rely heavily on technology.
I would like to learn how to use a SmartBoard. I know the SmartBoard is a major asset to the educational community, because they were in every single on of my classrooms through out high school. Not only do these devices provide a place to project a screen on, but also acts as a white board and touch screen. I would want to learn how to use it and incorporate it within my classroom.

I noticed that the web site stated " I also learned how to use action buttons, which was something that I was very unfamiliar with before this class." They also stated " I think that this was the most helpful assignment that we have done this year because making a game like this is something that I know I would love to use in my own classroom. When I become a teacher, I will use non computer based audio visuals such as poster boards and movies. I think it is important for students to get crafty and creative so I will assign projects that require hands on work like crafts and poster boards. I could incorporate them with computer based technologies by having the students make power points slides to go along with their project.
I was not in class when we reviewed PowerPoint 2 so I dont really know what is about. Today in class was my first time actually understand what I was doing.
