It was great to see the poetry assignments of my classmates. The assignments showed a great depth of knowledge from students at many different levels. It was great to hear that this I Poem format offered great structure and provided an opportunity for success for students who struggle with writing. I like the way poetry helps students demonstrate their learning on a deeper level than typical research does. I will definitely use this technique in the future.

I plan to do both my Multigenre project as well as my Poetry Assignment on Frankie Silver. She was the first woman to be hanged in North Carolina and was a native of Burke County. LIB 5010 Service Learning Journal. I can not believe all of the information contained in the book,. The honest trial and error method however, allows the reader to think about the process and the evaluation. It was an honest paper about attempting a new approach for the old research paper, and how to make the new approach more interesting and enticing for students.
