It was lovely to be able to open up the school to share our achievements. The sun shone as families rose to the den building challenge. Children enjoyed sharing their work with their parents whilst sitting outside on the meadow. Others had fun sharing their programming skills with parents and governors.
We looked at maps and discussed where these places are and how and when they might travel there. The children then chose the places they would visit with their family and photograph. We will be emailing the photographs to Accuro and printing and laminating them. This has been a really valuable activity for the children, as they have been able to undertake an activity with a real and tangible outcome that they can see will benefit others. On July 15, 2015.

Sports Partnership District Athletics Meet at Helena Romanes Sports. On Monday, 36 KS2 children headed off to Helena Romanes for the annual athletics meet. The children were taking part in track and field events all afternoon. A special mention must go to Elisha and Amelie W who both broke the Partnerships records for the high jump.
