The more I read and hear other people share their hard stories and testimonies, the more I am convinced that sharing honestly is cathartic. It helps others and it helps the person that shares. I found this magnificent, easy recipe in the United Airlines flight magazine while flying to Houston last week. One read and I knew this dish would be perfect at our Christmas Open House Saturday night! Stavo was preparing most everything so This would be my dish to bring to the table. It was a fantastic hit! Served in the cast iron pan it bakes in, we cut into squares and pierced each hearty piece with a Texas size toothpick.
