The ruined cottage is registered on the title deeds as a casa cortijo of 116 sq. metres and the land extends to 13,392 sq. There are olive, almond and fig trees and evidence that the land was once split into small fields, no doubt for the growing of vegetables, as it is divided by stone walls.

They also stated " Apartments for sale on the edge of the Parque Natural. One bedroom apartments, ground floor only but with a tiny garden front and rear, are only 80,000 euros. Two-bedroom apartments, as shown in the interior photos, on the first and second floors are 85,000 90,000 euros.
