Cooking and creating for every day life. It has been far too long since I wrote on this blog. However, I do have some great pictures to share of the veggies that have come from the Hyland household. Here is a picture of some of the tomatoes and green peppers I picked a few days ago! It has been a lot of fun cooking with my own produce and not having to run to the grocery store because I forgot a veggie I needed for a recipe.
Easy recipes that almost certainly work. I found this recipe on mums. net, and I have to say it works just fine! You will need one mug, and a microwave. A tiny pinch of salt. Combine all the dry ingredients together in a mug.

How are you all? I have had the mostt hectic week, so this weekend I will sleep late, and enjoy the nice weather! So, here on the East Coast, the weather tends to get more erratic with each passing year, so thankfully there has been very little rain.
