Friday, August 19, 2016. Summer Night at our House. Our neighbor man had hip replacement surgery last week and is in rehab right now. We have been wanting to build him a hand rail at his front steps.

Saturday, January 3, 2015. wow, where has the year gone? As I look back and ponder the past year, I am continually overwhelmed with how good God has been to us and the continual showers of blessings He pours out. Definitely one of the highlights in January was going.

Ice cream desserts full of caramel,. Coffee, pecans and all good things like this,. Just makes it even better. I could eat a whole boat load of dessert like this if I had no self-control. As it is, I have very little self-control around it. I waffle between letting the kids eat a bunch. So there is less for me to sneak.

A place to keep track of my life and keep up with friends. My heart has been heavy. It is devistating and somewhat shocking to me how hard it is to find or create beauty now that you are gone. It seems like it disappeared along with you and I am left with way too much ugly.
