Labor Day weekend was full of surprises! One is of the male, who had come to the edge and was splashing and rolling around in the shallow clear water. I was lucky enough to catch mom and baby swim by as they watched the male be silly.

Week 7 Change of time. Sat in my car i saw this black cat walk past the Black Penny pub! Perfect for my theme I thought! Black cats are considered lucky but also it was Halloween week and often symbolised with that of course! Also the penny black was one of the first British stamps! This pict.

44 Red, White and Blue. Posted on October 17, 2012. Whenever I get over to the east coast I always love getting to see the sunrise from the beach. I was going through my photos from over the summer and noticed that the waves gently rolling in look like layers under layers of color filled sky. This was also taken whilst on the island of Ithaca, just off Kefalonia in one of our favourite little finds! It was a small fishing village called Kioni. The scenery and the atmosphere there just blew us away.

I took this photo last week while having lunch at The Linger Lodge in Bradenton, Fla. The banyan tree roots have almost completely engulfewd this statue It should be titled In The Roots,. Hope you enjoy this first post of mine.
