Where do I begin? 18 months ago I made one of the biggest decisions of my life to further my education and now I am happy to say this chapter of my life I complete. I have to say when I enrolled at Walden University I was leery about the online experience. I was not sure if I would be able to make connections with other professional around the world only via text . But Walden proved me wrong and exceeded my expectations.

Setting the tone in whatever setting. In week one the video talked about getting off to a good start. By welcoming your student with a warm and inviting smile and having everyone introduce themselves and remembering their name. This help to build a sense of community and helps make some emotional connection when you break off into small groups, and do ice breaker where student can collaborate with each other.
