To begin this project we started by grinding our own charcoal dust from the sticks of charcoal. We then used toilet paper to rub this dust over a sheet of paper. Once our sheet was completely blackened we were ready to begin. To create our faces we were to erase out our features from the blackened page. We used kneaded erasers and if we made a mistake we recovered the spot with more charcoal dust. And here is the final product. Developed Analysis of the Elepeacock.

I used my nose to measure everything else, so the proportions in my drawing are pretty close. For instance, I found that the length if my eyebrow from where it starts in the middle of my face to where it arches is about the same as the width of my nose from the outside of one nostril to the other. 8221; There were the people who preten.

Class is over, school is over, and graduation looms upon the horizon. Four years sure flew by quickly! And what an awesome project to end on! It took a lot of hours, and a lot of patience, but it was worth it! It really made me feel like I represented my eyes well. It was so fun to meet the other class to.

So I have completed my Self Portrait! It was interesting to see all the assymmetrical parts of me, blemishes and shadows cast by the light. I think I could have made my lips darker but the specific marks I made to make my lips look more realistic would have to be covered with charKohl and I was pressed for time.
