Going to get all that yummy elimination diet food to keep me going for the first week of the challenge. My plan is eggs mostly for breakfast. Soup or salads for lunches. Yogurt, fruit and nuts for snacks. Stirfry, fish, chili, grilled, baked meats and veggies for dinner. December 29th Goals for the Meltdown challenge.

My next challenge to lose 20 lbs in 30 days. So what do I want to achieve in this challenge and where do I want to end up? So when I review and update my Magic 1.
