The site had the following in the homepage, "Ronnys 30 Day Fat Loss M." I noticed that the web site stated " My next challenge to lose 20 lbs in 30 days." They also stated " Starting stats and theyre not pretty. Well its been a big wake up call and a nasty surprise, as my starting stats are much worse than I expected. There is lots of scope here to improve! As of Thursday Jan 5th. Weight 121 kg or 267 lb. So what do I want to achieve in this challenge and where do I want to end up? Actually i am done with the 30 day challenge, but will continue on in my journey to be healthier, more fit and to lose the excess weight to get to my goal. posted about the month already but promised end pics so here they are;. Today is my official end to the 30 Day Challenge, and as promised my measurements;.
I have learnt a lot during the last 25 days and I need to keep putting this into practice and working on my nutrition. The results have been really good so far and I can see the difference, both visually and through the measurements.
