It has been a strange summer, and I found my inspiration lacking with a wrist injury that kept me out of the gym for a month. It is hard when an injury prevents any real effort in the exercise world. Well, except for indulging in the rest of the toffee we had left over from Christmas, I have stuck to my plan very well this week. I had some moments of temptation but basically just pushed through. Then I proceeded to stick with the Jenny Craig-style plan. Getting to the place where I detach a little from food is necessary to start me on the path of success. I have lost 6 poun.
I have tackled a couple weeks of The Asylum since I have gotten it. This work out is approximately 45 minutes in length. The warm up consists of Jump Rope drills and Ladder drills, and it is about 10 minutes in length, and then we stretch for about 4 minutes prior to the work out. Keep in mind that the warm up is pretty intense. The warm up utilizes the ladder and jump rope. The work out is alot of jumping and the active recovery i.
