Throughout all the tours Ive been to in my life, whether it be multi day tours or mostly 1 day tours, Ive never really been very much connected to the other travellers on board. I ended up jumping into crystal clear blue waters of the Soca Valley gorge with the strangers in my fellow tour group and it was wonderful! Saturday, December 19, 2009. This diet is very easy once you get past the protein. Days, but if you mess up the protein days, then you have to do them over. That your body need and cannot get from a multi-vitamin. So I took a couple of days to get in some bad food, healthy fats and lotts. Of fruits and vegetable and now I am ready to begin again.
