I taught one class in the morning, and another in the afternoon. their teachers were divided throughout the day grading some assessments or something. Anyway, in the morning class, I had a funny question asked.

Life has been too crazy for the past few months. Too much work, not enough balance. I made the decision today that I need to give myself some respite from the madness. From now on, I will take a 5-10 minute walk outside of my office space. I had a little break today and it felt like such a burden was lifted. Hopefully the rejuvenation from a quick walk will continue.
