Halloween is by far my favorite holiday. When the time comes that I am too old to go out for Halloween, I will be the old lady who dresses up and hands out candy. Costume planning usually begins months in advance, and entails several stops to the neighborhood costume store, the 8th street costume store, ebay, Amazon, and any other store I can find ridiculous items or ideas for a costume.
