Friday, April 7, 2017. Still using up yellow squash. I have three yellow squash in my fridge waiting to be used this week. Last week I made Cajun Chicken Alfredo and added a yellow squash to it instead of my usual mushrooms. It turned out great and I used up a squash! Sunday, March 22, 2015.
