Thursday, 18 June 2015. Thank you to Waimate Rotary for the generous donation of dictionaries for our Year Fours this year. While Taye was away, he wrote this amazing description of what he saw. On Sunday, we drove up to Aoraki Mt Cook, to walk the Hooker Valley. We had to drive around Lake Pukaki and past snow covered mountains to get there. Lake Pukaki looked fresh, calm and an ugly bluey green colour, with ducks swimming on it. Some of our ideas after our trip. Friday, 12 June 2015.

Mrs Blakemore and the 22 awesome kids in Room 5 are learning how to use a wiki. This space is for us to share all our amazing work. We would love you to tell us what you think of it and give us feedback on how to improve! At the moment each Room 5 person is working on creating a page of their own.
Monday, November 21, 2016. Room 3 are learning how to write useful instructions. As part of this we are each bringing a family favourite recipe to share with the rest of the class. Can you help your child write a version of a recipe that other children could make at home. We are aiming towards making a small cook book for everyone to take home. Sunday, November 13, 2016.
