Little things make me happy. Hot tea under a blanket on the couch. The sun, bright and scorching. The smell of newborn babies. Chocolate ice cream and sprinkle donuts. The roaring laughter of my kids when I tickle them; the kind of laughter that ends in a snort. So how is it that I, like many, can spend so much time focusing on the things that make me unhappy? So I polished my nails, with glitter. I hope you do as well.

A sneak peak inside my mind. If I had to classify myself as a certain type of person then an introvert would probably be the most fitting label. I thoroughly enjoy my peace and quiet, I love sitting in silence and thinking, pretty much anything that involves solitude I find some type of pleasure in.

Carpe the hell out of this Diem. Know why you have it. Comments, shares, interactions, etc. Remember that it is better to do a couple things great than to be everywhere and not really doing anything. Companies need to realize that social media is not all about them.

Tip of the Week- Add Avacado to your fruit smoothies. A couple of weeks ago my friend Saul blended a fruit smoothie and added avacado to it. The result was a fantastic tasting drink!
