I know this is not news to those of you that know me, I have a tendency to do this from time-to-time, but for the benefit of all, let me explain how this works for me. Maybe it will help you pursue something you have been thinking about doing.

The colors of the rainbow so pretty in the sky. Are also on the faces of people passing by. I see friends shaking hands saying how do you do. I see trees of green, red roses too. I see them bloom for me and for you. And I think to myself what a wonderful world.

Clarity sometimes seemed a difficult thing to achieve but as this process takes hold it seems much closer than I thought it would be. they all are much improved. Not quite there yet but I can feel the difference. Crunch week I guess jump or not to jump. Jump! November 2, 2014.

This week has gone, and gone well. Made progress in all areas I feel. Starve the body of the usual peptides. Do things in a different way, every day! Do things another, better way. Making a bit of sense at last. My DMP changes every week. Goodness! What do I really, really want? I now hold .

New Years Day and I am feeling that i am not so much at the beginning of something but rather in the middle of a BIG process and am somewhat lagging behind and wanting to press a pause button in order to process, recalibrate and implement all the wisdom and insights that been shared during this course. So just to finish I am choosing to staying with the attitude of gratitude and acceptance of where i am with no blame or excuses .
