My blog for JOUR 4720. As the final project for our photojournalism 4720 class, we had to make a multimedia package suitable for the web. My teammembers and I decided to do this project over the Emerald Eagle scholarship program. Choosing a President by the New York Times. Our final project was over the Emerald Eagle scholarship program. We chose to interivew two students and see how the project has affected their lives, as well as get an overview of the project. The project itself consisted of a video, a soundslides componant, and a story. All three were put together in a flash shell. None of the componants were difficult, the hard part was putting it all together and making sure nothing was left out.

The site had the following in the homepage, "June 11, 2009 1248 am." I noticed that the web site stated " I worked with my father as a field laborer for a day." They also stated " Most of these people are either legal or illegal immigrants and work for 50 dollars a day, which is a significant amount more than they make in a day in their home country.
