A large proportion of waste created in schools is food related. The Eco-champions will be collecting fruit scraps at playtime to be added to the schools compost as well as encouraging children who bring in packed lunches to use less plastic wrap in their lunchboxes.
Small things become great in their own time. Something I want to tell you is that I am. Its called the Flotay Chronicles. The thing that inspired me to write this book was. Y6 Pupils have been Learning how to be Safe and Considerate Citizens of London. Originally posted on peggclass. Yesterday the whole of year 6 took an excursion down to Sydenham Hill to participate in the Junior Citizenship Scheme run by Southwark and TFL. The Fire Service briefed us on the importance of well-maintained smoke alarms, and what to do in the event one sounds in our home. Things are not going to get any better. Loving someone is one thing. Wanting to help someone you love is understandable but it takes more than love sometimes. I respect a love that strong but I think she just did more harm than good.
