This is a fabulous pattern that both looks fantastic and is also incredibly practical. Tess loves it and refuses to take the hood off - even indoors! Weekend I went to with a bunch of friends.

Wednesday, August 11, 2010. I have been redecorating our lounge over the past few months and have finally got into the fun parts - the ART. First off is this piece. I bought the canvases from Tanjis. Which seemed like a really good price and speedy delivery. The letters and numbers are from Spotlight. Was pretty simple but very effective. Have been thinking of adding to it. Friday, August 5, 2011. 160; I was lucky enough to get to test-knit the following designs which are all knit seamlessly and in the round for the most part. First up is a gorgeous wee knit called Darwinia. 160; this is an adorable girl babydoll or dress and features gathering on the bodice, and a little ruffle on the bottom.

Thursday, October 25, 2012. Calci-yum Pop tops and dairyfood. I have not posted here for a while - but i have tried something I thought you all might be interested in. I am part of a group of testers from Soup NZ. It is a great way to try new products. Recently we were on the Calci-yum trial. Which of course the kids loved. We tried the Pop tops and the dairyfood. I have made quite a few rainbow dresses. But tend to get bored near the end and so make them short dresses or tops. I really wanted to knit Kaia a proper length dress for winter so was just waiting for the right wool. During a girly weekend, i spied some gorgeous rainbow wool at Ridgevale wool.

The debate has raged recently over which is truer to the spirit and speed of bike polo, asphalt or grass. We play both here, but I prefer tarmac for speed, size and flow of the game.
