Blasting Blubber for Beautiful Bodies! Thursday, April 11, 2013. How do I know this? Last week, I decided to crank up my results for weight loss by adding weight lifting. I went to the gym with my hubby, walked about 20 min on the tread mill and then headed to the weight room for a few exercises using my legs and stomach muscles. I felt great! It was fun to be with my hubby and doing something good for myself. What happened next through me for a loop! STIFF, STIFF, STIFF! .
