2 months down and on to new goals. I did carry and give birth to two babies. Not to mention alot happens in 10 years and alot has happened to me! But how to lose a pound a day is to eat 6 small meals a day, which would be every 2 hours. Only eat between 700-1500 calories a day and exercise 2000-3000 calories off a day. That seems like alot less food and alot MORE exercise! Where and when and how am I going to accomplish this? A box o.
