Once again, I have discovered the power of baking soda. And was thoroughly satisfied with its cleaning ability. However, despite the pleasant scents the product came in, my clothes never retained that scent for more than a day.

Regardless of the wording or method to effect change, another thing is sure. Measurements must be a part of progress. My good friend and mentor, Dr. Pretty simple, yes? As a matter of fact, it is, just that simple. It never ceases to amaze me that when I set goals it produces positive results. When I do not, nothing happens.
A Day and a Step at a Time. Every day I want to come close to the percentages and right around the calorie goal. For each day, I just copy and paste my foods into the daily tracker and watch the totals and percentages. I normally keep my breakfast and snacks together so I can copy and paste that from Monday to Friday. Go home and make dinner.
