This month was busy for both of us and we are squeaking our pieces in right at the end. A lady stands ready for a moment about to take place. Her elegance emanates with each bead, with each curl. Dressed, quite literally, for the occasion, she is a lively statue of beauty.

The other night, as I made cashew cheese for our calzones, I had a good amount leftover and wanted to use it instead of putting it in the fridge. I thought it would be a great way to use up some mushrooms that needed to be eaten. I stuffed them with the leftover cashew cheese, basil, artichokes, olives, hemp seeds, salt, and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of your mushroom caps. So, I finally did it! With the masa mixed, .
