We were very happy with the way it turned out however we were disappointed that we could not use the 12v board. Despite this the robot functioned well with the original board even if it was very slow. Because our robot was under powered we did not compete but we regret this decision.

Here is a quick video showing the motion of our lifters via the servo motor and the fishing wire. Finished covering and bot nearly done. Coming towards the end we realised our PCB was left very exposed, initially we decided that we would leave the robot without a covering. However, then we decided it was in danger of damage so we made a covering from cardboard.

Connecting the flipper to the armature. Again we had trouble doing this we had planned on using a round bar to attach it but the bar kept snapping every time it was bent. Wiring the components and assembling the robot. The brackets were made from aluminium and pop riveted into places.
