Now that I am back in the states, I realize how much the trip to finland has truly transformed the way that I look at the world. While abroad, I began to understand myself in a different context.
Still hush of harbor fog envelopes the city. The morning sky bluing, as the barely set sun begins its ascent. White-tipped tail follows darting nose amidst the scree and underbrush. A single soft whistle from six stories above. One furtive glance up,. A frozen second, before slipping away,. Silently down the ruins of an abandoned siding.

Welcome and thanks for taking the time to visit my blog on my summer trip Helsinki, Finland. I am a graduate student at the Catholic University of America working on my Masters in Architecture and this study abroad trip is in conjunction with students and professors from the University of Tennesse in Knoxville.
