Posted by Captdhd in 52 DC Challenge. All I have done since March has been to work. Exercise has included not much more then to walk or carry a golf bag. Not quite the same as pressing it at the gym.
2 heavy lifting sessions this week. Ii started the week on Monday running 5 miles. Immediately following I did a heavy lifting session of midpulls, weighted dips and squats. I followed the hiah protocol of a 4-6 RM, up ton25 reps. On Tuesday I ran 3 and followed the same protocol, but did a set of splits.
John Stone Fitness 100 Challenge. And a weight of 177 lbs.
Tuesday, March 2, 2010. Another Challenge in the books. I am happy to say that this was my best challenge so far. The 52DC crew provided some great support! You all have been my best advocates, a key part of my persistance and success. I hope I can return the encouragement to all of you. Friday, February 19, 2010. Sunday, February 7, 2010.
