Posted by Captdhd in 52 DC Challenge. All I have done since March has been to work. Exercise has included not much more then to walk or carry a golf bag. Not quite the same as pressing it at the gym.
My organic garden built with and for my kids. Ok day 1 of the 52DC is here. And I also started HIAH today. I trimmed back the goals to fit into my plan to continue losing fat while getting stronger and adding muscle. HIAH on paper looks OK. In reality, I felt like puking! Where the hell have I been? Tuesday, September 18, 2012. Even with spending so much time on the road and so little time in my own bed I love road trips. and this last weekend was no exception. Just a quick post because I have to get back to the gym for a double and into work. I made it through my training, graduated and have been on the trucks for about 6 weeks now. I cannot believe how lucky I am to have gotten the best job in the world.
