That seemed like such a broad topic to me when I first. I thoroughly enjoyed using Google Drive. I have barely utilized it before, and certainly never realized its potential. I love the fact that all information is accessible anywhere. Another part of the course I really enjoyed were the smaller projects that utilized free options for education that I had never used before.

Edition, will be an excellent resource book for me in my work. I plan on going back through it to see if there are any other tools I can utilize that I may have missed. Google Sites is just too straight forward an easy for every teacher not to take advantage of in the classroom.

Computers in Education provided an overview of many different technologies and Internet tools that can be used in the classroom. Throughout the course, we were required to keep a blog. In our first class project we were required to create a listserv. I found Google Docs to be a highly useful tool for both students and teachers.

This blogfolio includes all aspects of the learning that took place in IT 645, Computers in Edcution at The Univeristy of Southern Mississippi, Summer 2014. Haley Duck Learning Portfolio IT 645. IT 645, Computers in Education, gave a wide exposure to various learning tools that could be integrated into the classroom to enhance student learning and participation. Not only was the information presented but the course allowed for the knowledge to be applied in creating projects using these tools.

Tiffany Maddox Learning Portfolio in IT645. The second assignment consisted of ten hands-on projects using tools that will be very useful in the classroom. The first group of assignments due included creating a listserv, creating a survey, and creating a document, presentation, and spreadsheet using Google Drive. Most of the technologies I learned about in this course will be integrated into my classroom.
